LGBT Asylum
Task Force

The LGBT Asylum Task Force was formed in 2008.

We welcome LGBTQ people of all faith traditions as we provide housing, food, and connections to legal, educational, medical, and mental health resources at other local agencies.

Asylum seekers are not allowed to work for up to two years after arriving in the US. Our vital ministry provides comprehensive support for the entire duration of those two years it is needed.

Our worship services include a growing mix of musical groups. These include Children's Choir, Hadwen Park Church Choir, and Hadwen Park Church Band.

We believe that ministry is an essential part of our faith journey. Our various ministries are designed to help us grow in our relationship with God, care for one another, and serve our community and world.

Tuesdays from 1–3PM
Saturdays from 9AM–12PM (members only)
Our Daily Bread food pantry feeds families from the community and from our church. This ministry is possible thanks to the donations received by this congregation.
The Touch of Grace Prayer Ministry serves as a way to seek a closer relationship with God by meditating on God’s Word and offering prayer to the One who provides for all.

Connect with others, grow in faith, and serve the community! Join us for regular social gatherings, community service events, and recreational activities.
